At Espi Esthetics, I prioritize delivering quality service and respecting your time. Please review the following policies regarding appointment cancellations and no-shows:
Cancellation Policy: I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service amount.
No-Show Policy: A ‘no-call no-show' occurs when a client misses an appointment without prior notification. In such cases, your credit card on file may be charged a fee of 100% of the service total to compensate for the time lost.
Late Arrivals: I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are late, I will do what I can in the remaining time I have left. Please notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay.
Booking Policy: To confirm your appointment, I require a valid credit card on file. Your information is securely stored and will only be charged according to the cancellation policy above.
